Because each Eonquietude EQ piece is created on demand, returns are not accepted for reasons such as sizing, style preference, or change of mind.

However, I always want you to feel cared for and supported. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number  
• A brief note describing the issue  
• A clear photo of the item

Once I receive your message, I’ll review the concern and offer a replacement whenever appropriate.
