It keeps things intentional, reduces waste, and makes each piece feel more personal.

**Production time:** Usually **2–5 business days**  
**Shipping:** Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout  
**Tracking:** Sent automatically once your order ships

Every item begins its journey the moment you place your order — moving through printing, finishing, and quality checks before it travels to you.

### General Policy Notes

- Items are made for you after your order is placed (print-on-demand).  
- If your item arrives **damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect**, email us within **30 days of delivery** with your order number and clear photos.  
- **Please don’t mail returns without approval** — return addresses vary by product and fulfillment location. If a return is approved and required, we’ll email you the exact instructions and address.  
- If we approve a return in writing, apparel must be **unworn and unwashed**, and in original condition.  
- Drinkware and certain items may have limitations for safety reasons.
