RETURN & REFUND POLICY (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

OVERVIEW
EONQUIETUDE EQ™ products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner (Printful). Because each item is produced after you place your order, returns work a little differently than traditional retail.

If there’s a quality problem with what you received, we’ll make it right.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR REPORT A PROBLEM
Before sending anything back, contact us at:
eonquietude@gmail.com

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos (for print/damage/defect claims)

Do not mail returns without written approval and instructions from us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In many quality-related cases, you do not need to return the item. Once we review your photos and confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
• Items that are made to order and/or clearly personalized (including custom printed products)
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Personal care items (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer traditional exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the correct item.

If we approve a return in writing (rare for made-to-order items), we’ll send you the exact return instructions. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new purchase for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel (withdraw from) your purchase within 14 days for any reason. However, this right does not apply to certain goods—such as goods made to order or clearly personalized.

Because our products are made to order, your purchase may fall under this exception. If you are an EU customer and believe your order qualifies for withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eonquietude@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

APPROVED RETURNS: PRINTFUL RETURN ADDRESS
If your return is approved and we specifically instruct you to send the item back, returns must be shipped to Printful (our fulfillment partner). Use this format:

Important notes:
• This address is only for product returns.
• Do not send letters, legal notices, or other mail to this address.
• Return addresses can vary depending on where your order was fulfilled. If your order shipped from a different region, we will confirm the correct Printful return address for your order by email.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed customs, refused delivery, or not being picked up in time, we can reship once the package returns and is processed. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post it.
